“Your light is contagious. Bright. I could find you in the depths of the underworld. Through mist and darkness. Through it all.” - Phantom of Ballad and Hope, @k.m.moronova I can’t wait to marry you, Robert James Arledge. You are everything I couldn’t even imagine. by @lexy_smith
Rest peacefully, little man. Mommy and Daddy will miss you forever. Thank you for the 18+ years you gave me. You helped me through losing my dad and mom, saw me go through high school, college, my 20s and getting engaged… I don’t even know how to say goodbye to you, but I can thank you for being everything to Jamie and myself. Until we meet again, Logey. 💔 by @lexy_smith
May 11, 2013 and August 5, 2020. These will forever be the two most memorable dates in my life. Most get to spend their 20’s in a very different way than my sister and I have over the last few years. Losing not one, but both parents is the deepest pain I can hardly put into words. We will miss our selfless, spectacular, kind, God fearing, wonderfully amazing parents and the time we had with each was so precious. We are not okay right now, but we will be. Our parents would want me to stay strong for Dani and for her to be strong for me and we are doing the best we can to hold each other together while holding each other tighter. I love you mom and dad and can’t imagine a world without both of you in it, but trying to accept that this world is no longer your home. Please keep praying for my sister and I, we are having a really hard time navigating all of this. by @lexy_smith
Happy Halloween from two fairy’s, Spin, Spidey and Glinda 🖤 by @lexy_smith
I realize I only shared a small amount of our engagement photos we did awhile back but the feed deserves more because LOOK AT HOW BEAUTIFUL THEY ARE 🥰 I get butterflies from him and looking at these to this day Our ask? Make it look like someone’s following us around making a documentary-style movie of our love though stills @nataliemoonwatson @moonfirephoto captured it so perfectly. I’ll forever be immersed in the joy this session was because it was so special to just be “us” as we are, but with a camera. Fun fact: Nat has known us since before we started dating, from two separate paths and actually known Jamie longer from the most random, but best, story ever. From the moment I met her, Jamie and I started dating and we realized we had all been in each others lives even longer than we knew, she became the person whose photographed our love and family grow in every stage. In conjunction with raw talent, the relationship we all have has made these the most fun sessions that produce the best photos because of the friendship we all have, and it comes through in every image 💗 Forever with you is the greatest honor of my life, Robert James Arledge. I love you ✨💗 You are more than I could have ever dreamed up for myself and our life and love is so beautiful, it feels poetic. by @lexy_smith
“Woof I haven’t posted on my feed like at all lately” June 2026. You are a month. The most month any month has ever been or has done. Whew. Still tired from you. All of the things happened. All of the things felt. One of the most beautiful and memorable months of my life. Don’t worry; July decided to humble me like no other ever has so the overwhelming happiness of felt here did not go right to my head or depression or anything so thnkgd 4 that I was worried for a sec (July dumped coming to ya Friday when I have another 2 hour plane ride bc that’s how long this took me to do😅😂) by @lexy_smith
I love sharing a birthday month with you 💗 @rawrledge by @lexy_smith
4.22. Your day. The day that was celebrated like a major holiday in our home every year. Your anniversary. This is the song you had your first dance as husband and wife to and it makes me cry every time I hear it (good thing it’s not like common or anything right?🤪) I hope they have music in heaven and you are dancing and singing together all day long like I remember you doing so often through my childhood. Your love is the definition of steadfast, undying and beautiful beyond words. You set the bar high for my own marriage. Thank you. Happy Anniversary, Mom & Dad. I sure do miss you both. by @lexy_smith
If little Lex and Mads could see us now. 20 years later, still attending every function as a unit. Family events, random occasions, all of it. This is the life 🥹 (Bonus content: 1 good photo for every 6 attempts to get 3 children to look in the same direction. Truly our greatest accomplishment of the day. 😂) #family #easter #aunties #bestfriends by @lexy_smith
