When my trainer @leye.aderotimi asked about active rest days, I was hesitant.

Now I’m obsessed. Those days boost my confidence the most as I utilize strength, dexterity, and intention to feel my body and move through mobility and stretching.

Trial Secured for Leye 🇺🇸✈️🇩🇪

Leye is 24 years old, originally from Greensboro, North Carolina. She’s been working with us for a couple months now and she’s been nothing but an absolute pleasure to work with!🎉

She shows up does that work and follows the plan and the process!

This one’s for every player who’s ever felt alone in this game.

Before she found RicFit, she was doing what so many of you are doing right now.

Trying to break in on her own. Different combines. Word of mouth. Chasing it solo, with nobody guiding her.

And if you’ve been there, you know how heavy that gets.

She’ll tell you straight: at 24, in the football world, it’s extremely hard.

Getting in at all is hard.

What she was missing wasn’t talent or hunger.

It was a support system. Someone to guide her.

A community to belong to.

Then she joined.

And everything shifted, fast.

From day one she was dropped into a network of players grinding for the same dream she was.

She stopped sitting on the sidelines of her own journey and started showing up.

Getting on the live calls.

Posting consistently.

Interacting with other RicFit members, asking questions, learning her position deeper, and building real belief in herself on and off the pitch.

She went from feeling invisible and alone to knowing there was always someone in her corner.

People who wanted nothing from her except to see her win. And she could feel that in every single interaction.

Even the people around her felt the change. Her parents and her partner were skeptical at first.

They’d never heard of us.

Now?

Everyone’s proud. Everyone’s bought in and Leye is off to chase her dreams!

In a couple weeks from now, she walks into her trial.

Not alone this time.

With a whole family and community behind her.

That’s what happens when you stop trying to do it by yourself.

We wish you the best of luck Leye! 🤝💪 by @leye.aderotimi
