Seasons come and go. In the blink of an eye it’s Christmas, and then it’s Nowruz again!
It’s our life that is passing by so fast.
In this fleeting world, let’s learn to pause sometimes. To stop, to look around and see where we are. To notice what we have today that tomorrow could become just a memory, just a wish.
Let’s appreciate them while they are still here. Tomorrow might be too late.

Seasons come and go, like our thoughts and emotions. Notice them, and let go! Life is short. Don’t get stuck in the past and don’t think too much about future. Enjoy this moment. Tomorrow is not guaranteed!❤️

Asking directly can save a life.
Many of us are afraid to ask: “Are you having suicidal thoughts? Do you have a plan?”
We worry we might plant the idea. Research shows the opposite — asking directly does NOT increase risk. It reduces isolation, opens the door for honesty, and shows you care enough to hear the painful answer.
You don’t have to fix it. You just have to listen, take it seriously, and help them connect to support.
If you are worried about someone, ask clearly, calmly, and with compassion.
You are not alone.
In Canada you can call or text 988 anytime.

Understanding the difference matters 🤍
Suicidal ideation means having thoughts about death or wanting to end one’s life.
Suicide refers to the act itself.
These thoughts can look different for everyone, from passive thoughts like “I wish I wouldn’t wake up” to active thoughts involving a plan or intent.
If someone shares these thoughts with you:
1. Take it seriously
2. Listen without judgment
3. Assess safety & create a safety plan together
4. Involve supportive people they trust
5. Help connect them with professional support
If there is a clear plan, intent, or immediate danger , please seek emergency support right away. Call 911 or call/text 988 in Canada.
You are not alone, and help is available. Talking about it can be the first step toward healing.
If you or someone you care about, needs support, I’m here to listen.
