Recently I only want to talk about Red Light Therapy, glycation, myelin - and the possibility of me eating lamb brain, and revolutions, all kind.
And I want to know everything about the human body, specially about the energy systems. I’m doing lots of experiments on myself.

For me birthday season is never easy. If I get into a situation where I’m expected to feel certain way, I feel pressured and I just want to leave. So even when the sweetest people sing “happy birthday!” to me , I can’t wait till the torture is over.

The same time I believe birthdays are very special , auspicious times, and I’m ready to do all the magic and rituals so I can max out coding good things into my reality.

So the must have basics for birthdays most cultures agrees:

Cake- symbolizing y blessings for the upcoming year. Must be round 🎂

Candles: light it up for a new life. Blow out the old - cut off the past .

So Happy Birthday to me!

Recently I’ve seen a video of Megan Fox at some festival. Many people (mostly women) were commenting that she should be home with her kids, and that her blue hair, along with her sexy dress, were not appropriate for a mother. Made me so mad.….Where did this harmful, toxic idea originate that a woman with kids should no longer have fun? Why is it expected that a woman should self-sacrifice, give up on her dreams, and personal needs once she has children ? I believe this is one of the most toxic mothering concepts in modern society .We need some serious shift in the global consciousness/ subconsciousness We should only have deals, situations where everyone is satisfied—good for me, good for you. I don’t want anything else or anything less, and the same goes for my children and family stuff. Happy mother = happy children. And there are so many ways to be a good mother, no one size fits all. I have 3 boys, each of them requires an entirely different parenting approach. The mother shaming has to go. It’s hard enough

Here are a few small things I’m having fun with:

-Jungleizing. I am an entry level house plant addict. . Don’t ask me for tips. I generously water them once a week, but some still meet their fate

- Making my nails pretty.

- This cute ceramic frying pan, makes my eggs perfection, saves me from toxic teflon leaks and does the job without the need for added oil. ( adding protein mercilessly)

- Delighting in this $15 #Zara version of Angels Share that, surprisingly, I find even more heavenly than the original – less sweet and more smoky.
