Mr. and Mrs. Nosacka! Saturday was an absolute dream! It could not have been any more perfect! Amongst all the bad weather we’ve had over this past week and a rainy forecast... somehow it managed to be all sunshine. The only way to describe it is magical. The venue, the food, the music, the people.... it was just everything we hoped it would be and more! 🤍

Our 𝔾𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕤𝕥 and most precious gift we have ever received. Looking back at all of these pictures and thanking the Lord for our sweet boy.

With everything going on over the last few months within the IVF community, it is not lost on me how truly blessed we are and have been to be able to do IVF.

Starting a family shouldn't be out of reach for anyone. If you are still in this season of waiting, I am with you and have been in your shoes and I am forever praying for you. We couldn't have done it without the help of @fertilityanswers 🩵

Last Tuesday, September 8th, we transferred one of our beautiful 5AA embryos. After taking two months off following our last two transfers, both of which ended in loss, I was so hopeful that this time would be different. I truly believed this might be the one that finally stuck.

Unfortunately, today confirmed my biggest fear. My HCG did not continue to rise, and this transfer was not successful.
I honestly feel like I sound like a broken record. Another month. Another transfer. Another heartbreak. 💔

Moving forward, we will be making some changes. We will no longer be doing a modified natural cycle, which is what we have done for our last three transfers. Instead, we will be moving forward with a fully medicated/programmed cycle. These cycles take a little longer, but they allow my RE to have complete control of the timing and hormones. This is the protocol we used for Brooks’ transfer, which ultimately resulted in our successful pregnancy with him.

I will also be doing a couple more weeks of Zepbound to maximize my weight loss, along with another saline ultrasound and possibly a hysteroscopy to make sure there isn’t anything else underlying that we could be missing.

I wish I had more answers. I wish I understood why this has to be our story right now. I don’t know why we have to walk through these incredibly painful chapters before getting to our happy ending, but I am choosing to give it to God and continue to pray for the outcome we have been longing for.

I am heartbroken. I am tired. I am disappointed. But I am not giving up. 🤍

I am praying that one day, when we look back on all of these difficult chapters, they will make sense because they led us to the babies we were always meant to have.

For now, I’m taking it one day at a time and trying my best to remain hopeful. 🙏🏼🤍

Infertility is hard. The waiting is hard. The loss is hard.

In the middle of all that hard, finding something that brings even a little bit of comfort means everything.

@little.light.art.co did exactly that. Katie created the most beautiful piece of art to honor my babies while also commemorating Brooks' embryo transfer. It's more than just artwork, it's a reminder that every life, every hope, and every step of this journey matters.

The waves remind me that life is always moving, always making room for something new. 🌊✨
Soaking in the calm before we start this wild ride all over again. Praying, hoping, and trusting that next month will be our month. 🤍

I haven't shared much about our journey lately. After two back to back losses, I needed some time to process it all. But behind the scenes, I've been doing everything I can to prepare for this next chapter... staying consistent with my GLP and metformin, and I have just one more week of shots (thank the Lord! 🙌).

I will call the clinic with my next cycle which is at the end of August. We're walking into this next transfer with hopeful hearts, lots of prayers, and faith that whatever happens, we'll keep moving forward....one wave at a time. 🌊✨

We had our 3rd embryo transfer today and transferred one of our beautiful embabies. 🤍

After our last transfer ended in loss, this journey back to another transfer felt different. There were so many emotions leading up to today, but I can honestly say I felt a sense of peace this morning. I truly feel like we’ve done everything we can, and now I’m placing the rest in God’s hands.

We have absolutely loved all the texts, tags, messages, and pictures of everyone eating their fries and praying for Baby Nosacka. 🍟🤍 Your love, support, and prayers mean more to us than we can put into words, and it has made us feel so surrounded and encouraged during this special day.

We are praying so hard for a healthy, sticky little baby and trusting in God's perfect timing. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers during this next chapter. ✨🙏

The hardest part of IVF isn't what most people think.

It's not always the injections, the appointments, or the waiting room visits.Sometimes it's carrying so much hope for something you can't control.

This was our embryo transfer day. For a moment, we allowed ourselves to imagine the future we'd been fighting for. We pictured positive tests, nursery plans, and the baby we hoped to meet.

But our second transfer didn't work.

Sharing this isn't easy, but infertility isn't just made up of success stories. It's also made up of heartbreak, resilience, and finding the strength to keep going when things don't go as planned.
