✨ TO MY LF CONSTELLATION FAMILY SALSA & BACHATA LADIES TEAMS ✨

As I reflect on everything we’ve experienced over the past few months, I feel incredibly proud of every single one of you. ❤️

This journey to the Canada Salsa & Bachata Congress has been about so much more than learning routines and preparing to compete. It has been months of hard work, countless rehearsals, long hours, sacrifices, tired bodies, challenging moments, corrections, laughter, frustration, and countless small victories that brought us closer together.

Every rehearsal moved us one step forward, and every one of you played an important role in making this journey so meaningful.

There were days when things felt difficult.ñ when we had to push through exhaustion, work through challenges, trust the process, and remind ourselves why we started. But we kept showing up. We learned, adjusted, supported one another, and continued to grow.

When I look at both of my teams, I don’t just see dancers performing choreography. I see women who have grown in confidence, strength, discipline, and belief in themselves. I see progress that you may not always recognize in yourselves, but that I have had the privilege of witnessing throughout this entire journey.

I am incredibly proud of the dancers you have become, but even more proud of the people you are becoming. 🥹❤️

Thank you for trusting me, trusting my vision, allowing me to challenge you, and giving your time, energy, and hearts to LF Constellation DC. Thank you for every rehearsal, every correction, every extra effort, every moment you chose not to give up, and every time you came back ready to try again taken in Toronto, Ontario by @lf_constellationdc

Thank you to every single person who came out to the auditions. Truly… what we experienced in that room was something special.

Seeing your energy, your passion, your courage to step out of your comfort zone and just go for it meant everything to me. Not everyone understands how much it takes to show up, to be vulnerable, to dance in front of others… and you did it anyway.

I’m so proud of each and every one of you. No matter what happens next, you already won by being there, by giving your heart, and by trusting the process.

This is just the beginning of something beautiful. I can’t wait to see what we’re going to build together.

Thank you for believing, for showing up, and for bringing your light into that space 🤍🔥 taken in Latin Dance Kaunas by @lf_constellationdc

❤️ Thank you, my dance partner Margaret! 🥹❤️

It’s been 5 years of competing beside you, and this competition took us right back to where it all started 💃🏻🕺🏽
our very first competition, with no idea what was waiting for us. 🥹✨

Thank you for always being there, for pushing me when I need it, and for trusting me enough to take this journey with you. I’m so grateful for everything we’ve shared on and off the dance floor.
