4 years agoโ€ฆ it was just 6 people. No big vision, no business plan, just a group of friends showing up every Sunday and we NEVER missed one. What started as โ€œAhmed Samโ€™s BootCampโ€ was never really about fitness, it was always about people. People who were lost, people who needed direction, people who just needed someone to believe in them. Week by week we showed up, pushed, emptied the tank, Lifted each other, Focused on a goal and learned what Grind really means. Along the wayโ€ฆ lives started changing. Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, personally. We saw people come out of dark places, start businesses, switch careers, chase dreams they were too afraid to go after, get stronger inside and out, get promoted, and even find love ๐Ÿคฃ. Thatโ€™s when I realized this is bigger than a bootcamp. October 2024 changed everything. We became LFG. A brand, a movement, a family of 1000+ strong, a community that stands for something, and a partnership with @pumame that took things to another level. And today, I just feel proud. Proud of every small win, proud of every person who trusted the process, grateful for everyone who believed in me since day one. This was never built alone, this is ours. To the team, to the community, to everyone who ever showed upโ€ฆ thank you. And weโ€™re just getting started. Legacy loading ๐Ÿ† Yours truly, Coach Ahmed Sam LFG BABY โค๏ธ by @lfgdubai

Sometimes you donโ€™t need more confidence. You just need the right space. Malak walked into LFG unsure if sheโ€™d feel comfortable there. Few weeks later, her mum knows her Wednesday/Sunday schedule before she even has to ask ๐Ÿ˜‚ And this what belonging feels like. ๐Ÿ“ฅ If somethingโ€™s been holding you back .. THIS is your sign to come join us and try out for yourself. DM usย "LFGโ€ and weโ€™ll take it from there. by @lfgdubai

LFG MEMBER OF THE MONTH (SEPTEMBER 2026) ๐Ÿ† This month, weโ€™re giving a HUGE shoutout to @domi.ghl ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ”ฅ Dominika is the PERFECT example that you donโ€™t have to wait until you feel ready to go after your goals. You just show up and make it happen ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ Week after week, youโ€™ll find her at our runs & bootcamps putting in the work. With the help of Coach Omar Ys, sheโ€™s built her fitness, dropped 5kg, taken 9cm off her waist, all while building muscle and getting stronger. And she even took on her first HYBRID DEKA race ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ And now? HYROX AD is booked ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ”ฅ Weโ€™re proud of you, Dominika! We canโ€™t wait to see whatโ€™s next โค๏ธ by @lfgdubai
