I fell in love with the hitting mats right away golfer For the golfers: 9 ft from middle of the mat to the screen and @trackmangolf IOs on all the bays I’m glad I found a local spot that’s only 5 minutes away. Let me know what you think of the mats! by @lfgolf.sauga
🚨 NEW SIM ALERT – MISSISSAUGA 🚨 Golf lovers (and non-golfers 👀), you NEED to see this. Just under 5 minutes from Square One Shopping Centre, a brand new indoor golf spot has landed — and it’s 🔥 Say hello to @lfgolf.sauga now open at 3663 Mavis Rd Unit 10! We pulled up to get some swings in before Week 3 of league play… and wow. This place is NEXT LEVEL and guess what they’re only in their soft opening phase! ⛳ What stood out: Massive bays = no stressing about your backswing Top-tier TrackMan tech for serious practice Private bays if you want your own space Chill hangout vibes for everyone (yes, even non-golfers) 🎯 Not into golf? No problem: Super comfy seating Foosball tables Upper level seating Games playing on big screens Whether you’re grinding your game or just pulling up with friends, this spot hits. Big shoutout to the team behind @lfgolf.sauga @lfgolf.canada for bringing their success from Markham to Mississauga 👏 Trust me — you’ll want to check this one out. #titleist #taylormade #callaway #golf #trackman by @lfgolf.sauga

Tell me I’m not the only golfer who gains 20–30 yards the second I step inside a simulator 😂🏌️‍♀️ Same swing. Same clubs. Suddenly I’m hitting bombs. I’m choosing to believe it’s the climate-controlled conditions and NOT that TrackMan is exposing my outdoor game. 😂 We had such a good time at LFG Golf in Mississauga — it’s family-friendly, the kids had a blast with the games, and the TrackMan setup made it so much more than just hitting balls. And if you’ve been thinking about trying it out, I’ve got you 👀 🎟️ First time at @lfgolf.sauga? Use code “90sMomma” for 50% off your first hour. Save the code, grab your golf crew (or your kids!), and let’s see how far that “indoor swing” can actually go. 😂🏌️‍♀️ #golf #golfaddict #mississauga #family #instagood by @lfgolf.sauga
If you’re looking for something to do with the whole family this fall, SAVE THIS ONE ⛳️👇🏻 We checked out LFG Indoor Golf in Mississauga and honestly… this was such a fun family outing. You get TrackMan iO on every bay, so you can practice your swing, play virtual golf, or let the kids get in on the fun with the mini games and mini putt. 🎯⛳️ They have open bay *summer rates starting at $15/hr on weekdays before 5 PM, or $20/hr for open bays and $25/hr for private bays after 5 PM and on weekends. And the best part? You’re booking the BAY, not paying per person. They also have private bays that can be connected for larger groups, PLUS an upstairs event space that would be so fun for birthdays, celebrations, corporate events or family get-togethers. My kids absolutely loved the games and TrackMan mini putt, which meant Mom and Dad actually got to enjoy some golf too 😂 Definitely adding this to our list of family-friendly activities — thanks for having us, LFG! We’ll be back! ❤️⛳️ Use the code “90sMomma” for 50% off your first hour 👀⛳️🙌🏻. 📍 3663 Mavis Rd, Mississauga #mississauga #golf #golfaddict #family #instagood by @lfgolf.sauga

You don’t find your best swing on the course — you build it before you get there. Let’s work on what shows up on the course. 1. Unlock rotation 2. Load through the hinge 3. Transfer power to the club Save this before your next round, and share it with someone who should be hitting it farther 🏌️ — Always Improving 📈 #GolfPerformance #Mississauga #MoveBetterFeelBetter #hipMobility #golfTraining by @lfgolf.sauga
