In this Psalm of praise, we are reminded of the greatness of God. He preserves His people from tribulation, sustains relationships between His people, and provides for all their needs. In response to God’s faithfulness, we get the opportunity to thank and praise Him with our voices, in song and in prayer, and with our lives through acts of service and mercy. by @lfly4life

One of the most important orders, established in the Garden of Eden when God created Eve for Adam, is the family. The order of the family is best understood as circles of care: the husband cares for his wife and children, loving them sacrificially; the wife submits to her husband, receiving his loving care and helping him care for their children; and the children submit to their parents, receive love from them, and gladly honor and obey them. God cares for the entire family - husband, wife, and children - wrapping them in His loving mercy as He gives them daily bread for both body and soul through physical gifts and the sustenance of His Word. Through the care of the family, children receive love, daily bread, and learn the Faith. by @lfly4life

As we move through Church Worker Appreciation Month, today we thank God for all Church Musicians. God works through musicians to uphold the lives of His people as the words of hymns and psalms are brought alive through music. These words bring messages of hope and reminders of God's promises to the ears of all who listen. Please keep all church musicians in your prayers, that they may continue using their gifts in service to others, and that the Holy Spirit would work through the music to bring God's comfort to those who need it. by @lfly4life

As we move through Church Worker Appreciation Month, today we thank God for Directors of Christian Education (DCE) who serve people of all ages and stages in their congregations, upholding the lives of parishioners through youth groups, Bible studies, and other congregation-wide opportunities. Please keep all DCEs in your prayers, that they may be given the ability to continue growing the communities of their congregations and that those communities would be a blessing for their members. by @lfly4life

"When we look at IVF, we cannot claim that it is life affirming, but we can be reminded that God works through all things for good. Every single life is valuable, important, and created in the image of God. We can see examples of God using the product of sin for good in the death and resurrection of Christ. Thanks be to God for His graciousness and love that changed sin into salvation, for in this we have forgiveness and redemption in Him despite our sins." - Annie Hughes

In this week's blog post, Annie discusses the biblical, moral, and ethical reasons why she is against the practice of IVF, even though she and her triplet siblings were conceived through this process.
