When you're 3 weeks post-op total hysterectomy and waiting to get cleared to get off the bed and to get back to your normal routine. It's not in my DNA to sit and not do nothing... The struggle is real โ˜น๏ธ #hysterectomy #recovery #mentalhealth by @lfnicole21
These video was taken a day after my total hysterectomy surgery. I had known for years what was happening to my body, but I lived with constant discomfort and pain for over 20 years, which gradually changed how I had to live and move through life. My belly was large, heavy, and uncomfortable as my uterus was overtaken by too many fibroids and ovarian cysts, causing me to have seven miscarriages and one ectopic pregnancy, without any living children. This has been my reality for too long. My body is currently in recovery, but I can finally feel what it's like not to carry that burden each day. This journey hasn't been easy-physically or emotionally-but I know I was covered through it all. Even in the hardest moments, I believe that God is guiding me toward healing. Recovery is still ongoing, but I'm grateful that I woke up after two and a half hours of surgery, thank God. I'm so grateful for all my friends and family who took the time to travel out of state to help take care of me and those who checked in from time to time. Last but not least, thank God for my husband Charles Fillmore, who has been by my side through it all. He has always been supportive during all of our failed pregnancies and is now helping me through my healing process after my total hysterectomy. May God continue to guide and protect us in all of our future endeavors, Amen ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝโค๏ธ by @lfnicole21

Be very careful asking me inappropriate questions. You don't know me and I can be a very not nice person. Here goes something else for you to talk about. A hit dog will holler. Try me if you want to. #Dontworryaboutmyfather by @lfnicole21
