WHAT A DAY!🎗️Team MUA took on the Look Good Feel Better 5K Inflatable Challenge - and it was full of laughs, teamwork, bouncing, climbing, sliding, and plenty of unforgettable moments! 🏃‍♀️💨Most importantly, we were doing it all for an incredible cause. Look Good Feel Better is a charity that provides free volunteer-led cancer support workshops for those facing cancer across the UK, helping to restore confidence, boost self-esteem, and create a supportive community when it's needed most🤍We're so proud to have raised £850 to help keep these amazing masterclasses running, ensuring more patients can access the support they deserve💪A huge thank you to everyone who donated, cheered us on, and supported us every step (and bounce!) of the way. Pinch us - yesterday we headed down to @gildingsbarns for a final walk-around in the lead up to our first ever Feel Better Fest, and wow… seeing the space again in person made it all feel so real. Last year I got back into swimming after my neighbour invited me to join her for morning swims realising I was going through a tough time. I’m terrible at reaching out when things are hard, so that invitation meant much more than she knew.Over the past year, three of us have trained together and become great friends💕The swims, the chats, and the consistency have been soul soothing for me. I also gave up vaping after 20+ years especially to train properly for this swim, now three months vape free🙌I swam the River Adur 5K to raise money for Look Good Feel Better, a charity that supports people going through cancer treatment.
