Make your Thanksgiving easier with one of our Harrison's Poultry's fresh turkeys!

Thawing a turkey is a mess; it takes up fridge space for days, it can leak juices all over everything, and you're never quite sure if the turkey is actually defrosted or not!

Plus, that frozen turkey has probably been pre-brined with 8%, 9%, or even more solution, so you're paying for...solution...not turkey!

Our Minnesota-born and raised, USDA-inspected turkeys are never frozen and definitely not injected with anything!

Taste the difference a fresh turkey makes on your Thanksgiving table - our turkeys do sell out, so reserve yours now at https://lakegenevacountrymeats.com/pages/thanksgiving by @lgmeat

We made a batch of our Bockwurst - an authentic German sausage made with milk and eggs to get a smooth, rich texture that's closer to a meatloaf than a bratwurst...but it's in bratwurst form!
