Took up my first Muay Thai match a couple of days ago on short notice, didn’t get the W but it was an amazing experience. I wanted to test myself and I’m only gonna get better from here especially with my coaches behind me. Huge thanks to my coaches @rvcajoseph @giftedhandzboxingacademy also another very big thanks to one of my mentors in this game and great friends @thewatertigerr Huge learning experience got to see what I need to work on. Back to the drawing board, have a lot to work on and believe me I will work on every flaw. Shoutout to my opponent, at the end of the day it’s all about respect, as always Iron sharpens Iron. 🙏🏼⚔️ Thank you for helping me get better. I’m using this as fuel to train harder and fight harder, with God behind me he will form me into the warrior I’m supposed to be. ✝️ only up from here, onto the next. Nov 19. My brother had his MMA debut, he put up a hell of a fight let me tell you. 🐺 Went the whole 3 rounds, gave it his all but lost by decision. To sum it up, I was 175 in Feb. Today I am 185. Today marks the first day into my “healthy cut”. If you would like to continue reading, I appreciate it. 🖤🙏🏼 My last update in February I was at 175. I’ve been trying my hardest to get bigger and bulk, and after months of training at the gym and going through the obstacles of rolling my ankle and being out for 3 week to not being able to eat on certain days, some other bs, etc. I’ve finally been able to maintain 185 for the last few months!! Also staying consistent is helping me with a lot more things even in life, teaching me discipline. I’m in love with this lifestyle and I don’t think I’ll ever stop until my body gives out on me, I’m making a better me everyday. Next goal is 160-170 in a Slow cut so I can maintain most my mass. My progress update……. I didn’t quite hit the weight Wanted to. Was aiming for 185, but I did gain some pretty decent weight, from 165-174.8 since December 12th. So I’m pretty damn happy to see how far I’ve come, but it just means I got to work even harder! I’m in a bulking phase so I’m starting to feel fat again, but it’s all in the process. Btw I don’t take any supplements other than protein but I’m gonna start up on the mass gainer in a couple of days. In Jesus Christ we gains!!! 🙏🏼💪🏼🖤✝️ by @lgodi20

From 207-165, Well…….all I can say is damn it’s been a journey. And not an easy one lol, I’m not at all where I want be but the progress I’ve made drives me to keep pushing.
