There is something so beautiful about being a woman.
About softness and strength, grace and confidence, sensuality and soul. ❤️‍🔥🧑‍🩰#dance #women #soulfood #divinefeminine #dancewithsoul by @liaa_1305

There is something brave about believing in beautiful things after seeing how easily beautiful things can break. Keep believing in friendship, kindness, loyalty, tenderness, good mornings, second beginnings, and people who mean what they say. Let pain make you wiser, but do not let it become the only teacher you trust. A wounded heart can still recognize wonder.❤️

Being the one who leads the room isn’t always as easy as it looks.
Spoiler alert: the hardest part is not the workout.
It’s walking through the door with a smile when life feels heavy. It’s choosing to be present for others when your own mind is full. It’s setting your worries aside, even if just for one hour.
No one sees what happens before the lights, the music, and the energy. No one sees the weight you carry.
But then the class begins.
The music starts, the room comes alive, and you connect with the people standing in front of you.
And somehow, in giving your energy to others, you begin to heal a little yourself.
Maybe the weight never really disappears. Maybe the people around you simply make it lighter to carry.
And for that, I’m endlessly grateful.
I love my job. I love my people.❤️ #groupfitness #fitnessinstructor #fitness #growth #mindset by @liaa_1305

Madeira🌺
thank you for the calm you brought to my heart, for the inspiration you awakened within me, and for the memories that will stay with me long after I have left your shores.
You have been a place of healing, reflection, and joy. I leave with a fuller heart, a clearer mind, and a soul deeply nourished by your magic.

See u soon ❤️🙏🏼

Sooner or later, your inner world becomes impossible to hide.
The way you live, the way you treat yourself — it all shows.
Don’t wait for the wake-up call.
Your health is your real wealth. 🔥 taken in Englischer Garten München by @liaa_1305

It’s my life
It’s now or never
I ain’t gonna live forever
I just want to live while I’m alive
It’s my life
My heart is like the open highway
Like Frankie said, „I did it my way“
I just want to live while I’m alive
It’s my life ❤️
