POSTS STORIES REELS

If you haven’t already - get on @appletv and catch me on episode 5 and 10, of Silo S2 🥷 Yes, I am extremely late to the party but as I finished the season, I thought it would be the perfect time to share my appearance on the series.

Huge thank you to my agents @empowerdrama and to Suzanne Smith Casting for believing in me and choosing me to step into Raider Jo’s shoes 🤍🙏

Extremely grateful for this opportunity, and experience with one the most loving cast and incredible crew. Keep your eyes open for what’s to come. by @liagoresh

A little snippet from one of my favorites scenes I got to work on with @gaby_wh_casting on her 1:1 workshop ✨

For all actors out there - Gaby has more workshops coming up and runs some together with @runatitshouting 🏃‍♀️ Gaby is not only filled with knowledge and expertise, but knows how to share her thoughts forward in a very personalized way. She has a beautiful and uplifting spirit while being able to be direct, detailed and straightforward in all the notes and feedback she gives 🤍

On another note, this coming year I want bring out all sides of my creative field out here a little more. I hope to be able to open the curtain to this world of mine. To share work that is not perfect or fully developed, tapes that didn’t go quite as planned and the hustle of the career. You see acting is not just booking the job, it’s a lot of work outside the screen or stage. What you’ve just watched is called a Self tape - the modern time first audition round. Often filmed from home, at times with a great reader (one as great as @edentt13 )or at times with a recording and no body there to truly react to you. The latter one is how I filmed this one. What can I say, my plant made a great therapist and @edentt13 previous (amazing) reading of this scene with me was a huge help 💫 by @liagoresh

@asffestival is just a month away and this beautifully powerful film will be shown on the big screen ✨

To work on a story you truly believe in, with an incredibly giving and most devoted cast and crew, is one of the most beautiful experiences. Thank you @cristinariosc for the opportunity to bring Violeta to life.

Stay tuned!

SILO Season 3 is finally here, and I’m so excited to say you can keep an eye out for Raider Jo today… and in a few future episodes too 🤸🏽

It’s crazy to think that a “one-line” self-tape took me on a multi-season journey on one of the most exciting shows out there right now. It gave me the opportunity to work on the biggest set I’ve ever worked on, alongside actors I’ve admired for years and a crew that is truly out of this world.

Never underestimate those one-liners, and always bring your best self to set. You never know where they might lead.

A huge thank you to Suzanne Smith for trusting me with Raider Jo, and to all the beautiful souls on set for making this such a special experience I’ll never forget.

And a special shout-out to Tom for being the Chad to my Jo🤍

Heya hey friends 👋🏼

I often get a lot of questions about my life as a foreign actress in London, so I thought it was time to share more about my acting journey and truthfully show what it’s like to build a career in this crazy field 🤸🏽

Prepare to see more insights into the everyday, more sharing of my creative adventures (which I’ve been bad at posting in the past), maybe some little sketches if I get wild (🫣) and just some honest thoughts, tips and tricks about this ride.

P.s. was shitting my pants posting this 💩

Okay now bye and goodnight!

Lia Goresh @liagoresh playing Lola in the film, is a Finnish-Israeli actress currently residing in London, who was inspired by her multicultural background to explore diverse stories and perspectives from an early age. Fueled by curiosity, she took her first steps into the world of acting at the age of 10 through musical theatre. This passion led her to pursue acting on a deeper level at Copenhagen International School Of Performing Art and later to complete her Masters at East 15 Acting School in London.

Lia thrives on collaboration, valuing genuine teamwork with co-actors and crew to enhance storytelling. Since graduating, Lia's been involved in many productions, both on stage and in front of the camera. Later this year she will be seen in a well known Finnish TV series and a season of a loved Apple TV show - more to be revealed about them in the future. by @liagoresh
