⚾️ VISUALIZATION — SEE THE DREAM BEFORE YOU LIVE IT. 🔥

After our team practice, I had the incredible privilege of meeting some truly elite people in the baseball world — Phillies Scout, Coach Nelly, and the founder of FTB.

At 9 years old, I might not fully understand just how special these moments are. But as I grow older, I know I’ll look back and realize how fortunate I was to meet people who have reached incredible levels in the baseball world. 🙏

I’ve talked a lot about VISUALIZATION, and here’s why it matters so much to me.

Visualization isn’t just about dreaming of becoming a great baseball player. It’s about SEEING what that dream looks like. It’s about meeting people who have experienced the highest levels of this game and understanding what’s possible through dedication, discipline, and hard work.

Because when you can SEE where you want to go, every practice starts to have a bigger purpose.

Every ground ball. Every swing. Every pitch. Every private lesson. Every early morning and every extra rep.

They all become part of something bigger than today.

Moments like these remind me that baseball is much bigger than weekend tournaments, trophies, and rings.

And while I’m only 9 years old, I know one thing:

I don’t just want to DREAM about where I could be one day. I want to put in the WORK that gives that dream a chance to become REALITY.

So wherever you are in your journey, whatever your dream might be…

👀 VISUALIZE IT.

💪 WORK FOR IT.

🔥 GIVE IT EVERYTHING YOU’VE GOT.

Because visualization gives your dream a direction, but your daily work is what moves you closer to it.

1% BETTER EVERY DAY. ⚾️

The little details become the big difference. ⚾️

Footwork. Rhythm. Body control. Clean transitions.
Not trying to be perfect — trying to get 1% better every rep.

At 9 years old, it’s all about building the foundation now so the game can slow down later.

Keep learning. Keep working. Keep stacking reps. 💪⚾️

REPS OVER RINGS. 🔥

⚾🔥 TWO SWINGS. ONE MISSION. GET BETTER EVERY DAY. 💪

Small adjustments. Big improvements. 💥

Working on the details, trusting the process, and putting in the reps. No shortcuts. No excuses.

The goal isn’t perfection today. It’s progress every day. 📈⚾

Built through hard work. Driven by passion. 🚀

⚾ Show up. Put in the work. Get better every session. 💪🔥

The more you show up, the better your chances of success! 🚀

Who says we can’t have FUN during a session with Coach Max?! 😎💪🔥

We work hard, we laugh, and we make every session count! Because training isn’t just about getting better — it’s about enjoying the journey along the way! 💯🙌

Hard work + Good vibes = The Coach Max Experience! 💪😎

⚾🔥 SAME KID. SAME PASSION. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SWING! 💥💪

Just one session a week… and look at the difference a few months can make! 👀🚀

Since moving to Palm Beach in mid-July, Liam has been working with Coach Max at @cresseysportsperformance about once a week, starting at the end of July.

And WOW… the progression has been incredible to watch! 📈🔥

🎥 This video shows some of Liam’s hitting highlights and progression, from his very FIRST session with Coach Max all the way to last Tuesday!

💪 Better balance and body control.

⚾ Improved swing mechanics and coordination.

💥 Stronger rotation and more explosiveness.

🎯 Better timing and confidence at the plate.

It’s amazing what consistency, quality coaching, and dedication can accomplish — even with just one session a week!

What makes us most proud isn’t just how much his swing has improved, but how hard he’s willing to work to keep getting better.

Same passion. Bigger goals. Stronger every day. 💯

Huge shoutout to @maxriosbaseball for his dedication, attention to detail, and for helping Liam take his game to the next level! 🙌⚾

The work is showing… and this is just the beginning! 🚀🔥

⚾️ Another great team practice yesterday! 💪🔥

Putting in the work, building chemistry, and getting better together. Every rep counts, every practice matters! 💯⚾️

🔥 NOT EVERY SESSION HAS TO BE YOUR BEST TO BRING YOU CLOSER TO YOUR GOALS! ⚾️💯

Some days, everything clicks. Other days, you’re simply building, learning, and growing.

But put things into perspective… 👀

Every time you SHOW UP, you’re already one step ahead of where you were yesterday.

Every rep, every swing, every challenge is another step toward checking off those goals you’ve set for yourself. ✅

Progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about CONSISTENCY, DEDICATION, and SHOWING UP even when things don’t go exactly as planned. 💪🔥

🏆 REMEMBER: EVERY SESSION IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO GROW, AND EVERY EFFORT BRINGS YOU ONE STEP CLOSER TO YOUR DREAM.

⚾🔥 THE ONLY EASY DAY WAS YESTERDAY. 💪

Not every swing is perfect. Not every practice goes your way. Some days will push you harder than others.

But QUITTING IS NEVER AN OPTION. 💯

You don’t grow when things are easy. You grow when you’re tired, frustrated, and still choose to give everything you’ve got.

⚾ Bad day? KEEP SWINGING.
🔥 Tough practice? KEEP GRINDING.
💪 Feeling defeated? COME BACK STRONGER.

Yesterday is gone. Today we work harder. Tomorrow we get better.

⚾️ Progress is earned, not given.

July 21 ➡️ October 6

77 days of hard work, repetition, adjustments, and dedication to the process.

Player development doesn’t happen overnight. It takes consistency, patience, the right guidance, and a willingness to put in the work.

A special thank you to @maxriosbaseball for his time, knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to helping Liam develop his swing and build a stronger foundation.

Still a lot of work ahead, but that’s what the process is all about.

Keep working. Keep learning. Trust the process. ⚾️💪

One month. Same cage. Different hitter. 💥

📅 1 month ago vs. tonight — same drill, side by side.

🔍 The technical breakdown:
→ Contact point moved further out front — extension through the ball instead of getting jammed
→ Bat path flattened through the zone — less loop, more direct to the ball
→ Hip-to-hand sequencing cleaned up — hips clearing on time, hands staying connected longer
→ Finish is FULL now — back leg rotating all the way through instead of stalling out
→ Load is direct back toward the pitcher — no more drifting in the box

None of this happens by accident. Progression isn’t about one swing looking good — it’s about stacking small mechanical wins, session after session, until they become automatic under speed.

That’s the work. Keep stacking, Liam. 🔥⚾

Visualization. ⚾️🔥

Standing there watching those three elite players hit right before me gave me goosebumps.

Watching their swings. Their power. Their confidence. The way they attacked every ball.

I wasn’t just watching — I was visualizing.

Visualizing myself stepping in there next.
Visualizing the player I’m working to become.

Then came the moment…

Now it’s my turn. 💪⚾️

And getting the opportunity to finish the experience with some infield work alongside Connor Rae made it even more special.

Watch them. Learn from them. Visualize it.
Then step up and go earn it.

1% Better Every Day.
