My final film for the @beautifuldestinations Academy 📸

My confidence is always something that has come and gone in life. It always stands on a knife edge. And being selected from thousands for this Academy was both a blessing, but also the perfect storm for my overthinking brain to question if I was good enough. This film is about how I turned my own questions about whether I belonged there, into answers that told me exactly what got me there and where I can get to in the future.

My time on the Academy pushed me like I’ve never been pushed before as a filmmaker. But through all of that, I’ve come out with not just a fresh set of skills, but also a whole different level of motivation for success in this space. That’s what happens when you spend 12 weeks 24 hours a day around extremely dedicated, hard-working people. It ignites something in you...

I hope you enjoy Habibis! ✌🏻 taken in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by @liamalexvisuals

🌍 2025 Wrapped 🌍

This past year, and specifically the last couple of months, has felt like a game changer for me. I’m super pumped about getting stuck into life as a self-employed filmmaker and ready for the challenge.

Thanks for all the support! Expect lots more content this year as I keep grinding. 📈

The last few months have been a rather strange fever dream. I was made redundant at the start of September and since then have been reflecting on what my next step is.

One thing this situation has given me is the chance to take a pause and work on some things that were important for me to grow 🌱. One of those was lighting. 💡

So,1 key light, 1 fill light, 4 light stands, several soft boxes, 2 tube lights and a £1000 hit later, we had a proper kit for lighting. 💀

This is just a quick short I put together, nothing fancy, just an excuse to practice lighting different scenes and pick up a few things along the way. 📈 taken in London, United Kingdom by @liamalexvisuals

Welcome to Formula 1… 🏎️💨👀

This edit was a biggie for me 👨‍💻. Had a lot of fun putting this together over the last month or so. Was originally meant to share this before the new season but then my ambitions got the better of me and here we are a month later 🙈 .

Some snapshots from a fun week hiking in Dorset last summer 📸

(Yes, I’m aware Emperor Penguins are not a native species to Dorset, but Weymouth has a top-tier Sea Life Centre 🐠)
