KRISSY DOWN UNDER IS SIX DAYS AWAY! GET YOUR TICKETS ASAP! 🦘

Krissy Down Under 🐨
A Play by Krystal Queer 🎭
As part of Priosma’s Queer Film Festival 🌈
The Everyman Theatre 📍
September 13th 🍿
9PM ⏰

After a humiliating career setback, drag superstar Krissy embarks on a journey of self discovery. Upon encountering an Irish folk legend, Krissy is propelled into a fantasy of sex, sunburn and ultimate survival. Not only will Krystal’s world be changed, but the world of drag itself. Accompanied by a legion of flaming queers, it’s time for Krissy to go Down Under.

This event is apart of Priosma’s closing gala where we will be screening Another Man by David Moragas at 6PM, followed by Krissy Down Under at 9PM. We are offering a €12.50 ticket to view just the film, a €15 ticket to view just the play, and a €20 bundle ticket to view both the film and the play. 🎥

Here’s a look back at last year’s production Somewhere Under the Rainbow as we count down to KRISSY DOWN UNDER! 🌈

Week 3 – with guest tutor @liamxbee 🎓💄

This week was all about makeup for drag! Liam gave us a demonstration, showed us different products, and shared tips and tricks for creating a drag look. We talked about how makeup can help you play with your features and bring your own character to life.

Originally from Kerry, Liam Bee started their drag career while studying Fine Art in Cork. They’re known for their incredible looks and makeup skills, and have performed at Pride events, festivals and clubs across Ireland and beyond. It was so lovely to have them share their experience with the class! 🫶🏻
