:: The complete series. Each artwork poses a question, shows part of a story, an element of existence in this world. There are countless shades, countlesss notes, countless articulations to it, the images are just a selection of some. An idea being conveyed...

1. If we change and adapt throughout our lives, how do we avoid fragmenting our core?
2. What will we breath when the way we live is poisoning our air and drying up our resources?
3. What gifts do we offer to the world?
4. What substance are we made of?
5. What seeds for the future do we yield in our lives?
6. How do we consciously grasp our existence?
7. How do our memories frame our perception of the world?
8. Are we ever whole or are we a collection of continously changing elements, each with its unique colour to it? by @lianiobe

:: Poems and Photographs

A project I've been working on with @leni_sturmair the past two years. Photographic works accompanying her poems (GER/ENG).

It started with the desire to find something for which to create in a time both of us felt our lives go a different direction than the creative one.
The project finally found its form in this book ❤️

:: familiar

Shot on Andros, Greece early October 25. Up the mountain, between sea and sky, becoming part of the scenery - becoming familiar with each other.

Rocks and shrubs, waves made out of solid.

:: layer

following the prompt 'layer' a wall was built and broken down. shot the pieces in my tiny bedroom studio, creating a world in post-pro.

at some point I was at a loss what to do with the image, didn't like it, didn't know what to change. so, time to try everything. ended up with integrated generated elements. sky and lower part of the wall are generated using photoshop built-in tools, middle part is real photos composited together. has a surreal feel, but a bit too close to the works of @brookeshaden (big inspiration in any case) for me to feel completely comfortable with it. what do you think?

:: Land of stone

shot on the island of La Gomera, up the mountain, behind the house, not truly inside the cacti

the sun was setting, the stones were sharp, the land accepted my request
