Today we celebrate 20 years of a station that means so much to me and many others. Happy Birthday SONiC. I’m so grateful to be back on the team! Tune in all day while we raise a glass to the last 20 years and look to the future! by @liann_cameron

January 2025 - Some Highlights

Family ski trip to kick off the year!

Working at being a better skater and hockey player. A particularly fun game ending in Dog of the Game and a Crumble cookie!

If your kid needs to get out of the house go to the library! It’s our go-to place and FREE 😊 @epldotca

Matt coaching the Dream Team at @svracing.edmonton for a Nations Cup race. They were Team Canada and watching him lead the 4 and 5 year olds while singing the anthem was A+!

Fun animal birthday party where Felix got to hold a Monkey! @dee.flook

Learning hockey like his Mom ❤️

Friends forever

What an amazing week of shows and experiences!

1) Kids symphony with @edmontonsymphony and @alsimmonsentertainer. Thanks for letting us hold your JUNO!
2)One of the coolest stages I’ve seen with @zachlanebryan.
3)Amazing experience watching The Boss @springsteen rock out with Little Steven.
4) @sachaofficialmusic is a total GEM and she needs to be a huge star! 🌟
5) Loved going to @owenrieglingmusic with @mwak.es. She even bought merch!
6)Getting in the Christmas spirit! Tree is up and of course we had a Home Alone movie night 🎄
7) Felix started skating lessons. He wants to play hockey like his Mama (but mostly like his friends…)
8)Back on the ice after missing a few games and got Dawg of the Game with my team @henday_hounds_hockey_club! by @liann_cameron

Who is your Sport Hero? Mine are my nieces who never say no to trying something new! Not all kids have the means to participate in sport. @kidsportedmonton is an amazing charity that helps cover entry fees #SoAllKidsCanPlay. Check them out!

Pandemic Christmas in the books! Seeing Christmas through your kids eyes really is amazing. Although it was different it was still so special. Happy holidays everyone! taken in Edmonton, Alberta by @liann_cameron
