These are some of the WORST parts of living on cruise ships.
Every lifestyle has downsides, but living full-time on cruise ships comes with a special set of chaos.
Small cabins, big crowds, constant noise… and don’t even get me started on the Wi-Fi that moves slower than the ship itself.
But I still LOVE it! Freedom. No chores. No errands. Waking up in a new country.

My goal of this video is honesty and transparency… but do know that the joy I get from living on cruise ships beats every inconvenience on the list! by @libbyrome

For me, minimalism means owning only what I need so that I can enjoy my nomadic life.
I rarely buy anything, and when I do, it’s usually to replace something that wore out. Like here are my socks I bought on an Alaskan cruise 3 years ago. They served me well, but now have a hole in them. This week I was walking around Skagen, Denmark and bought some nice new sheep wool socks to replace them. I own 4 pairs of socks, but it looks like my “green stripey ones” will remain my favorite. taken in Skagen, Denmark by @libbyrome

People often ask if living on a cruise ship gets lonely. Nope. Partly because I take “land vacations” a few times a year to reconnect with family and friends. Last week I spent time with my childhood BFF Missy and her wonderful husband, showing them around some of the best spots in the UK.
