Tomato gurl summer 🍅👯‍♀️☀️! Roasted some @liberty_ducks legs with my garden tomatoes for the 4th Annual @proofcollective tomato soirée! Got them roasted and packed away in the grandma mobile to trek to the east bay, @emilycoopercooks is the best hostess! So lovely to see friends and meet new ones. Missing foie gras? We've got you. Chef Paul has created an "as close as you can get" legal duck liver torchon using liver from @liberty_ducks you'll wonder if it's the "real thing" or not.

This @liberty_ducks braised duck leg and mushroom cannelloni served in a reduction of the duck braising liquid and garnished with aged balsamic and parmesan stands out for its bold flavor and clean lines.
