Whether you playing mas & getting ready to get on bad or you want an awesome core workout - this one is for you!

Easy-Intermediate Carnival Ab Workout Routine (powered by the best @lc.eats.fitness @xoduscarnival, duh):

3-4 sets | 8-12 reps (or juss do what you can😮‍💨)

1 - Open-Close + Knees In-N-Out (on forearms or flat on your back)
2 - Cross-punch Sit-Ups (feel free to add weights in hands for these too😍)
3 - 4 Seated + 4 Lying ALT Bicycle Crunches
4 - Toe-Touch Crunches + Leg Raises
5 - High Plank - hold for 45sec - 1min30sec (do what ya can!)
6 - Low Plank - see #4 🤩
7 - Single Knees In-n-Out

Teaching Our Big Boy CJ to Make Lasagna👩🏽‍🍳🧑🏽‍🍳

This summer we focused on ensuring the boys did lots of activities in Camp Lawe @chrislawe1 and learnt different skills.
The boys love when I make lasagna so to decrease screen time, I had C assist me when it came to assembling it 💪

Since I 💚 cooking, it was the perfect bonding time and - men must know how to cook too😤😅
