Back in Nassau County checking out the finished product on this kitchen renovation and it came out incredible.

We don’t always get the opportunity to come back once the painting is done, the staging is complete, and everything is fully finished, so it’s great to see the final vision come together like this.

From raising the ceiling height and fully reframing the space to new plumbing, electric, lighting, flooring, and custom finishes, this room is completely transformed from where it started.

The matching quartz backsplash and countertops came out beautiful, and the seamless flooring transition is one of those details that makes all the difference.

Really proud of this one and grateful to the homeowners for trusting us with their project. taken in Long Island, NY by @libuilding

I spent so much time talking to people at our 4th Annual Gala that I barely took a single video.

And I wouldn't have it any other way.

What makes the Ryan Anthony Head Start Fund Gala special isn't just the turnout. It's the people who come together to support it. From our table sponsors and guests to the bartenders, vendors and everyone working behind the scenes, it's a room full of people who want to see the next generation succeed.

A special thank you to Steve Macchio of Clear Flow Technologies, who's been supporting us since day one. He couldn't make it this year because of work, but I didn't want his generosity to go unrecognized.

We're still getting the final attendance and fundraising numbers together, but I wanted to thank everyone while the night was still fresh.

I appreciate every one of you. by @libuilding

True success isn’t just about making yourself successful. It’s about making the people around you successful as well. I was taught that many years ago from one of my closest mentors and it always stuck with me. #mindset #motivation #motivational #grow #workhard taken in Long Island, NY by @libuilding

I really do love my job. How could you not love building and bringing things to life from lines on a piece of paper? We push harder everyday and it’s nice to have access to a heating company that can drop everything and run to a job to move a pipe to keep progressing with framing. #build #building #construction #entrepreneur #mindset taken in Long Island, NY by @libuilding

Last night’s Ryan Anthony Head Start Fund meeting was a special one.

We had a room full of young people and mentors, a great talk from Peter Ferrandino of Nord Development Group, and an opportunity to recognize some of the kids who have been showing up and putting in the work.

Several of our high school graduates received $500 gift cards to Brinkmann’s Hardware Store, along with drills, impact guns and drill bit sets. Students who are still in high school received $250 gift cards as recognition for their continued commitment to attending our meetings.

These kids are showing us that they’re serious about their futures, and we want to keep giving them reasons to stay on that path.

A big thank you to Peter, all of our volunteer mentors and everyone who helped make last night happen.

If you’ve never attended one of our meetings, come see what we’re doing.

Cesspools are in. Dry wells are in. Trench for water line is dug. Now the water line needs to be ran and inspected. Once this is all backfilled we can start our driveway and culture stone work! Very exciting. #build #construction #motivation #entrepreneur #mindset taken in Long Island, NY by @libuilding
