Am I the only one who feels like I missed out because I didn’t grow up watching Soviet cartoons? 😮

But how different are the Soviet versions from the original Grimm, Hans Anderson, or other European stories?

I know folks are often bothered by the Disney princesses. But wasn’t the prince supposed to be figurative?👸

Doesn’t Prince Charming symbolize Death? And they live happily ever after … in the afterlife? ☠️

Or did I miss the point? 🧐

Which is better? Being nice or kind?

I think how a person does one thing is how they do everything.

For example, if someone is impolite, or impatient with strangers, then they're probably sloppy and unprofessional in other areas.

What would you do if you saw a body lying in the street? 🧐 ☠️

Yesterday:

911: What’s your emergency?

Me: A baby squirrel is in the middle of the road. I tried to collect his dead body, but he jumped and hid under the car.

911: Ma’am 911 is for humans only. Humans. You need to contact SVACA.

Me: I called them an hour ago. The squirrel keeps hobbling back into the street.

911: I’ll transfer you.

2 hours later, Silicon Valley Animal Control arrived. The officer was so gracious. He thanked me for calling.

If you ever see a dead animal, please check to see if it’s alive and please call Animal Control. They were very helpful.

*I always keep plastic bags/gloves in my jacket pocket for emergencies like dead 💀 bodies.

Do you think we’re all subjects in someone’s science experiment? 🔬

Here I am at Stanford, but attached is a video of me at the zoo in Mexico City. Can you believe it’s free?

After taking this photo, @sheliv.photo told me that the Grand Canyon’s fees have quadrupled. They’re now $135.00. Is this reasonable?

Do you think price is commensurate with quality? Based on my trip to the zoo in Mexico, I’d say that exclusivity is a scam.

For example, I watched drama at the airport lounge. An inebriated mother approached another woman and asked, “Are you alone? I have two children and a husband, would you mind taking my seat in the other room?”

The woman responded, “You can share my table, but I don’t want to be in that room.”

The thing is, the drunk Mom could have taken other tables in our area. Instead, she cursed and stormed off. The zoo was more harmonious, which made me wonder if the conflict I witness at airports is by design? Do the corporations want us fighting over seats, tables, and scraps?
