POSTS STORIES REELS

I'm not going to make this post about all the "profound" wisdom I've gathered in the third of a lifetime I've lived on this planet, but I will say that if all I do in my time here is continue creating beauty and sharing the love, passion, and energy inside of me, that is enough. And honestly, I am so grateful for those who have stuck by my side and seen my wholeness when I couldn't. And I am equally grateful for those that continue to only live in my heart too, because they've shown me that love doesn't have a beginning or an end. by @lidaesque

Art of nature 🍁 by @lidaesque

My heart is full. I love simply being, feeling myself a part of the whole of life and nature. This is the feeling I want to bring to my clients. A safe, beautiful, peaceful space within, the result of transforming the ashes of pain into surrender. by @lidaesque

🌹🧚🏼‍♀️ by @lidaesque

Open your heart to all of it. The fear, the sadness, the anger, the joy. All emotions have a place at the altar of your being. When you let them be, they dance within you, like water flowing through a river. Open your heart to them, like a flower opening it's petals...and you yourself will bloom 🪷 by @lidaesque

1. You are no longer chronically numbing your emotions. You're beginning to feel the difference between something that's neutral v.s. something lighting you up. Something sending you into a panic v.s. nourishing your soul.

2. You're trusting more in the wisdom of your body's "yes" and "no" before the mind jumps in with its meanings. The more you trust in your gut, the less you are affected by other people's choices and opinions.

3. You're not clinging to a single, ridgid version of your future. Rather than trying to control every outcome, you're allowing space for your path to unfold. It becomes easier for you to follow what's alive and course correct along the way.

4. You realize that what was perceived as a lack of clarity was actually fear clouding your judgement, affecting your ability to discern from what is and isn't your truth. by @lidaesque
