The Power of Perspective in Business and Life

As business owners, it’s easy to get stuck in the details—laser-focused on the day-to-day, worrying about every little thing. But sometimes, the key to success isn’t working harder; it’s zooming out.

In Episode 7 of Behind the Smiles, dropping this Friday, March 7th at 12 PM, Lidia Croteau & Dimitri Tsichlis of Style Dental share how they’ve learned to shift their mindset. Instead of obsessing over small setbacks, they focus on the bigger picture—how their work impacts lives, how their business fits into their family’s journey, and why letting go of perfection can actually lead to more success.

This episode is a must-listen for any entrepreneur who’s ever felt overwhelmed. Take a step back, reset your focus, and gain a new perspective on what truly matters.

🎧 Available on all major podcast platforms this Friday at 12 PM.
