Visiting @thebrunybaker is a simple, very wholesome experience and was at the very top of our Tassie bucketlist!

What you should know:
🥖 Sourdough baked daily, delivered fresh, warm and smelling increeedible
🍞 There are a couple of drops per day, with the time of the next drop signposted above the fridges
🥖 Different options daily - we saw large ($10) and pocket ($5) sourdough loaves, sultana sourdough loaves ($10) and choc Anzac cookies ($3.50ea or 3 for $10)
💵 Pay in cash, via bank transfer or PayID
🚙 There’s a small carpark/turning circle and a few roadside spaces. It gets busy!

We loved it so much, we visited three times 🤭

Cataract Gorge, Launceston | Pt I

We’d heard and seen so much about this gorge but weren’t prepared for how beautiful it was. The gorge, the gardens, the wildlife.. all of it so incredibly beautiful. We were lucky to score a beautiful sunny day so we walked the paths through the gorge and around the grounds including the iconic suspended bridge! We didn’t take the chairlift with our little one but it’s a great option to see the gorge from above!

Definitely the coolest drive..

📍Jacob’s Ladder in Ben Lomond National Park, Tas

This drive had been on our bucket list since before we left for the big lap and it did not disappoint! Cameras don’t at all give justice to the phenomenal landscape and surrounds, the backdrop and setting of this incredible road. We were excited to give it a go and ended up going up and down twice!

Another magical free camp at Policemans Point!

We’ve spent the past 4 nights here and it has been 🤌🏼👌🏼
We used it as a base to explore Eddystone Point and spent plenty of time swimming and playing at the inlet. Not to mention our site was just metres from the beach access 🙌🏼 The perfect spot, not far from town but feels super remote and private!

We definitely feel refreshed and ready for more adventures after this one 😌
