Are unbalanced hormones impacting your health?!

🌟Hormones play a crucial role in our overall health & well-being, and imbalances can lead to a range of symptoms and health issues.

👉🏼Here are 3 ways hormones can impact your health:

1️⃣ Mood swings - Hormonal imbalances can cause mood swings, irritability and depression.

2️⃣ Weight gain - Hormonal imbalances can also impact your weight, as hormones like insulin, cortisol, and thyroid hormones regulate metabolism & fat storage in the body.

3️⃣ Skin issues - Hormones can also affect the health of your skin, leading to acne, dryness and other skin issues.

What do you use to help balance your hormones?? Drop a “🙌🏼” below if you want to learn more about how to support hormones naturally.

🧡Name a better duo!

One is spicy & one is sweet!

Two of my favorite essential oils are Orange & Clove!

Here's why:

➡️Clove contains powerful antioxidants which can help protect the body against damaging radicals.

➡️Orange is rich in antioxidants & Vitamin C, which can help to reduce the appearance of blemishes on your skin.

& these smell delicious when diffused together!
