10 years later, I’m finally going back to school. 🤍

Not because I have it all figured out, but because I finally feel more clear about where I want to go and the kind of life I want to build.

For so long, motherhood became my whole world (and I wouldn’t change that), but I’m learning that there’s still room for me in it too.

So here’s to starting over, working on myself, and finding my way back to the woman I’ve always wanted to be. 🥹🤍

I know he’s only 8 months old and we’re obviously not expecting him to be walking anytime soon 😂 but I had to see what he’d do in actual shoes.

And of course this boy was determined to figure it out… with a little dancing mixed in 😂😭

One thing about Lucas: he may do some things differently or take a little longer because of his Down syndrome, but he is NOT lacking in determination. He’s going to do things when he’s ready, and I’m just here to cheer him on the whole way. 🥹💙

My sister said she was taking us out to eat… and forgot to mention WHERE. 😭😂🐘

She’s been in town this week, and since she’s childless, she’s been living her best auntie life with me and the boys! I’m thinking we’re going to grab a quick bite, and this girl has us pulling up to ANIMAL KINGDOM. 💀🤣

My sister has zero kids and thinks a day trip is just “going somewhere.” So she said “let’s do Tampa” and I said “with my kids??” and she said NOTHING which means yes.

Drove there with 2 kids, 47 bags, and 1 auntie who packed snacks for herself only. 😭

October 1st dump: spooky season is HERE 👻🖤

House is clean, free day, and I said fuhhhhh them chores.

Mommy + son date because we only leave the house for appointments and my boy deserves FUN. It’s also Down syndrome Awareness Month and we’re celebrating Lucas out in the world 💙💛
