Behind the scenes with the @ferdinandcollective 🎬🧡

@hudlfc headed to Parsloes Park in Dagenham to sit down with Anton Ferdinand and meet the next generation of footballers his Collective is backing.

What we found was something special — a community built on the belief that every kid deserves to be seen, coached, and given the tools to go as far as their ambition will take them.

This is just the beginning.

🌍 From world-class clubs to local pitches.

📊Stats simplified. Confidence restored.

Michael is a Support Specialist based in Omaha who helps everyone from youth hockey coaches to the biggest clubs in global football.

“Just hearing the relief in their voice, like, ‘Okay, I know what to do now.’ That’s when I knew support really mattered.”

This Customer Service Appreciation Week, we’re celebrating the specialists who leave people better than they found them. 🧡

This match was part of a personal trip, but I still had to rep the Hudl gear! Before working in support, I didn’t fully understand everything that goes into global football behind the scenes. Supporting analysts and teams that use our data every day has taught me what they’re looking for and why those details matter. Now when I watch a match, I see it through a completely different lens and that’s something I owe to the customers I get to work with every day.

Baseball will always be my first love, so getting to tour the ballpark during some free time while I was in Atlanta for a Hudl clinic was pretty special. Working in support has given me the opportunity to connect that lifelong love of sports with helping the people who work in them every day. Whether I’m supporting a sport I’ve followed my entire life or learning about global football from the customers I help, every interaction teaches me something new and gives me an even greater appreciation for the people behind the game.

🧐Know when to listen. Know when to solve.

Luke is a Tier 2 Support Specialist based in Sydney.

“People are usually stressed about the problem, not at me. So I’ve learned to slow down and listen first. Coaches are juggling a hundred things — when I can fix something quickly and they say thanks, it makes my day.”

👂Listen past the words.

For TJ in Lincoln, great support starts before the fix. It starts with hearing what a customer is actually trying to say.

“When a user has hit a wall and doesn’t know where to turn, I want to be part of the team they trust to call.”
