Great leadership starts with empowering others.

Through our Leadership Foundation for Empowering Team program, our leaders spent two days learning, sharing, and strengthening key skills in coaching, delegation, adaptive leadership, and team development.

The sessions may be over, but the real impact begins as we put these learnings into action and continue building stronger, high-performing teams.

Kartini is about being yourself, growing every day, and showing up in every role you take on.

At SBR, #SBRToopers represent that strong, adaptable, full of ideas, and always supporting each other.

From work to everyday life, they keep creating, speaking up, and making an impact in their own way.

This is our version of Kartini.
What’s yours?

Dalam heningnya takbir yang berkumandang,
kita kembali pada hati yang lapang.

Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1447 H,
Semoga momen penuh berkah ini menjadi waktu untuk saling memaafkan, mempererat silaturahmi, dan memulai lembaran baru dengan semangat yang lebih baik.

Mohon maaf lahir dan batin 🤍

A new chapter begins in Bali.

We officially opened 180SPM at Run Amok Bali, celebrating the moment with an incredible community of runners, partners, and the passionate team behind it all. From the first steps to the final cheers, it was more than just a store opening — it was the start of a new home for runners in Bali.

Here’s to many more miles ahead. 🏃‍♂️

Great collaboration starts with great communication.

Stronger communication. Stronger collaboration. Stronger team. 🚀

We kicked off the Grand Opening of @dickies_indo TSM Bandung with a ride
rolling together toward a new chapter.

From the streets to the store,
the energy, the culture, and the community showed up strong.

Thank you to everyone who rode with us and made this moment unforgettable.

See you at Dickies TSM Bandung 🏁
