Probably one of the best functional training facilities I’ve ever stepped into. 👏

@lifehub_geelong have absolutely nailed the entire experience from the moment you walk through the doors to the moment you leave.

The space. The equipment. The atmosphere. The coaching. And most importantly, the people and community.

This morning’s team workout absolutely humbled me 😂 On my knees more than once, but somehow couldn’t wipe the smile off my face.

That’s what a great training environment should do #push you hard while making you genuinely want to be there.

The only problem? There are only two Life Hubs. 😂

If you’re around Geelong or Bayside, definitely get in and experience it for yourself.

Big thank you to the Life Hub crew for having me. What you’ve built is seriously impressive. 🤝🔥 by @lifehub_geelong

LIFE HUB GEELONG TURNS 3!!!

Three years of training hard, showing up for each other and building something pretty special.

Thanks for being the reason this place feels like home🖤

To everyone who joined us to celebrate, thank you. Whether you’ve been with us for three years, three months, or three days, you are part of what makes this place so special.

And a huge thank you to the legends who helped bring the morning to life. We couldn’t have done it without you!!

You can feel when a room is different.

It’s not just the music or the pace.
It’s the intent behind every lift.
The coaches who are in it with you.
The way strangers become training partners by the end of the session.

We don’t manufacture energy.
We build it.

From strong programming.
From coaches who care.
From members who bring their whole selves into the room.

This is the standard every day, every week.

If you’re part of this, you already know.
If you’re watching and thinking “I want that”, come see it for yourself.

Trials are open.

Built on strength. Driven by community.

This is Life Hub 🤝

You see them in the gym, but what keeps them busy outside of Life Hub?

To everyone that showed up and supported in some way, whether by training, donating or sending a message.. I am so grateful.

Breast cancer has touched so many of us in some way, and I’m so glad I could help raise awareness for such an important cause.

Huge shoutout to @lskd and @pholklore_ for powering last night’s event. Couldn’t have done it without you ✨

@joshoward.music thank you for bringing the best vibes and keeping the energy up all night 🎶

And, of course, all of the incredible businesses who donated to our raffle:
@lifehub_geelong

It’s one of our values and one that is the heartbeat of what we do.

3 years in, we’re basically still just toddlers.

JIMMYS MOVEMBER MURPH CHALLENGE | SUNDAY 25TH OCT

60 Murphs. 30 Days. 1 Great Cause.

Every 60 seconds, a man dies by suicide globally.
This Movember, @sauceyjim is taking on 60 Murph workouts across 30 days to raise awareness for men’s mental health.

And he’s kicking things off with a BIG day at Life Hub on Sunday October 25th.

From 6AM - 6PM, Jimmy will be tackling Murph workouts back to back, with a new wave kicking off every 2 hours.

That’s where you come in🤝

Book into a wave and complete one Murph workout alongside Jimmy. Come run, knock out some reps, have a chat and help him get through a pretty ridiculous challenge for a very worthwhile cause.

Never done Murph before? No worries.
The workout can be scaled to suit all abilities, split in partners or groups, so everyone is welcome.

One booking = One Murph workout. Feeling extra ambitious?
Book yourself into more than one wave.

Doing hard things together and starting important conversations.
That’s what this one’s all about.

LET’S GET HAIRY.
