Parque Nacional del Chicamocha is a great place to feel like an ant… and eat an ant

Jokes aside, this is an absolutely stunning place in the middle of the Colombian mountains. They’re so massive that you genuinely feel like a tiny little bug standing among them

And speaking of bugs… Hormigas culonas are a traditional snack from San Gil. They’re roasted winged female ants seasoned with salt. They actually taste a bit like sunflower seeds. Definitely worth trying once, but I wouldn’t recommend making them a regular snack

The place 10/10

This morning had its own magic 🌦️🌈
We started with a light rain shower blessing our path, welcomed everyone with a Blue Waves BCAA shot, and stepped into nature with open hearts (and barefoot 🦶).
A peaceful meditation on the rocks set our intention, followed by a slow moment together with warm morning coffee.

From there, we wandered into the dunes, where Robert led half the group on a little wild adventure of their own. And then came the best part… the ice bath 🥶🧊
Smiles, courage, connection, and a fully recharged start to the day.

Thank you to all participants and to @lifelongevity for co-creating this refreshing morning. Until the next one. 🌿❄️
