Courted properly. Here’s everywhere Hong Kong took me:

STAYED: Four Seasons Hong Kong

ATE: Tokio Joe, Hutong, Wang Fu, Chom Chom, Dandy’s, and Bakehouse for a treat

DRANK: Argo, Quinary, Blanc de Noirs for champagne, The Aubrey

COFFEE: E N, Halfway Coffee, Matchali

DID: Antique street, Man Mo Temple, Balance Health for TCM, Victoria Peak, a fortune teller, and villain hitting in Causeway Bay

All this courting and I might fall in love.

See you soon, handsome 💋 taken in Hong Kong by @lifeofabarbie

Sooo this is what I’m up to when I’m in Ubud!

Since I had to skip town for three months, naturally the first place I thought to go was back to Ubud. There’s nowhere quite like it when it comes to wellness, spirituality and trying things you never knew existed.

I didn’t come here to fix anything, I came here to listen. I will forever be curious about how to feel the best in my body, because there was a point in my life when I didn’t. With endless healing modalities at my fingertips, I want to try them all and see what actually works for me.

Every time I try something new, I feel a little better, even when I didn’t think I could feel any better. How cool is that!!

I love exploring alternative medicine and practices that look at the body as a whole and make me curious about the root of what I’m feeling, rather than just the symptom. The more I understand myself, the more I wonder, what else can I find out?

At this point, I’m basically doing field research on feeling good. taken in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia by @lifeofabarbie
