Muscle Up PR Day!!!⛓️‍💥⭐️ My muscle up journey has not been a straightforward one - I started MU training in 2022 and got my first unassisted MU in 2023. I started doing chains in 2024 but in 2025 we focused on cleaning up form; and this year we’re back to volume training!

Weighted pull ups and volume banded MUs have been a staple in my skills training with AC. It’s repetitive and it’s a grind but it’s been effective for me!

If you’re in your muscle up / pull up / push up era - whatever your fitness goal - unassisted reps, cleaning form, chaining more reps or increasing weight - the progress may not be linear and your timeline might be different from someone else’s. Something I’ve been telling myself more - own your journey, do the work and have fun doing it!! by @lifeofmita

🌧️ must be muscle up weather ⚡️we are back with the chains after months of just working on consistency and form for my one rep!

the most challenging part is relearning more efficient technique - still WIP but more swing control and pull timing made a big difference in lighter reps. adding weighted pulls to my weekly routine also helped a ton!!!

Thanks Coach @acsuico and @the.calimovement for getting us here! by @lifeofmita

Yes, there was a pull up bar at their wedding. No, the dress code did not stop them 💪👰🤵‍♂️

She walked down the aisle to the man who reminded her why “together” could be better.

Indeed, Love finds you when you least expect it — and when you’re most yourself 🤍

Cheers to Mita & Kev!

Reworking a vintage gown is already special, but getting to do it for sisters made it even sweeter 🥺

For Mita and Carissa, we reworked pieces of their mother’s vintage gown into two bridal looks that felt personal, modern & still deeply connected to their family story 🤍 So happy they each get to carry parts of their mother’s dress into their own love stories! #ZWBride

And on Mother’s Day, it feels extra meaningful to celebrate the mothers whose love, memories and stories get carried forward in ways like these. Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms who make beauty like this possible 💐 by @lifeofmita
