Washing away the old energy and stepping into a fresh chapter. ✨ 🕊️.

There is nothing quite like a waterfall to make you feel completely reset. Even sharing the trail with hundreds of (thankfully harmless!) Joro spiders couldn’t ruin the peace out there—I felt completely safe and grounded.

Then Heading over to the Edge of the World trail right after with my cousin to get right in the water was amazing besides me getting a fishing hook stuck in my foot 😅

Such a fun, unforgettable birthday adventure! 🌊⛰️

Spent my birthday practicing absolute wellness at @jejusauna 🕊️✨ There is nothing quite like starting a new year of life by completely clearing out old energy. The heat of the steam rooms, the intensity of the cold plunge, and the thoroughness of the traditional body scrub and massage was exactly what my soul needed.

So glad my cousin hopped in halfway through to share the experience (and the food court feast!). Leaving feeling lighter, happier, and fully restored. 🤍

Another year wiser, another layer of my story written.

🖤 This makes 6 tattoos for me now!

For my birthday, I added the Gye Nyame symbol to my wrist, sitting right next to my Othala and Valknut. I love how these symbols bring together powerful ancient traditions from different corners of the world to create a personal shield:

• Othala (Norse): For the roots, lineage, and ancestors who anchor me.

• Valknut (Norse): For the courage to walk my path and face destiny fearlessly.

• Gye Nyame (West African / Ghana): For the ultimate protection and supremacy of the Creator—a reminder to fear nothing in this universe.

Grounded by my past, fearless in my future. ✨

I love tattoos that carry a deeper philosophy. I’m curious…For those of you who have ink, how many do you have? what do your tattoos mean to you? Let me know in the comments! 👁️👁️
