Time to read A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens so can discuss with child. It is also just in time with all the shops already selling #christmasornaments already! #charlesdıckens #achristmasstory #achristmascarol #scrooge by @lifeofsanak

Did a long walk after a month and for various reasons was a bit slower (hills, traffic signal, did not eat before, had a coat on as was colder then had to tie that, heavy bag with clothes). It’s time to add a second walk this weekend without all this stuff heavying me and must eat before and take some jelly babies to keep me going. #iwontgiveup #getyourstepsinsanak #halfmarathonnotarunner by @lifeofsanak
