Round 2 of the 10 week lock in with @jnp.fitness which is in line with the school term! (MUM LIFE) Seriously she’s the absolute Inspo for me right now and I appreciate her encouragement on the daily!

Last term I lost 5.5kg in 10 weeks so I plan to match it or do better. (reduce the KFC intake and the stress from kids haha) But we after Balance fam; we actually want to LIVE 🤪 I enjoyed the last 2 weeks off training living life on the GC but the runway is legit around the corner so it’s time to run it up again!

Gosh getting 10k steps was a struggle today 😂 #Round2 #LockingIn #MeVsMe #RunwayReady #WinningLane by @lifeoftheswan

White Sunday 2026 | @efksmountshalom 🩵

Such a blessing watching our boys grow in their faith, learn more about Jesus, and embrace their Samoan language and culture. May they always walk in God’s love and light 🥹

RESPIRO x LE SWAN

In support of Mental Health Month @_respiropilates brought their beautiful community together to switch up their routine with an R&B Step class! 🔥

Nothing brings me more joy than seeing women step outside their comfort zones, try something new and just HAVE FUN. I hope I brought a little of that joy to everyone today. 🦢

And finishing with pizza from @casadinapoli.au? 🤌🏽🍕 What a treat!

To the sweetest @movebymonn , thank you for having me and spoiling us this morning! The way you pour into your community is so special and I know firsthand what that takes, so these flowers are for YOU too. 💐

Love and appreciate you all! 🦢🤎 Til next time! #SwansUp by @lifeoftheswan

REMIX RETREAT | GOLD COAST 2026🔥

First, glory to God for keeping us safe, strong and injury-free all weekend. God is good ALL the time 🙏🏽

Connected, reconnected, fellowshipped and STEPPED with one massive worldwide step community 🌎 From all around Australia 🇦🇺 Auckland, Waikato, Wellington & Christchurch 🇳🇿 to Arizona, LA, Hawaii, Utah, Las Vegas, Chicago, Texas 🇺🇸 and the Netherlands 🇳🇱 THIS is what it’s all about.

Thank you for filling my step cup ❤️‍🔥 There’s so many people I didn’t get to take a pic, (if I didn’t send to me lol) but shout out to my roomies @laiikkyy @toyybsssz @kyeeelieeee @_raytoya_ I loved spending time to get to know you girls!!

Massive love to @one2stepgetfit & @xtremehiphopwithnuks for putting on REMIX Retreat. It’s not easy, you both deserve your flowers and credit where it’s due 💐

Till next time, fams. I’m officially stepped OUT for the remainder of the year 😂

The good thing about me when I have an unpopular opinion is…….. I can say this with my chest online and offline 🤣🤪

This is why my support is always UNMATCHED because I keep my family and friends, my family and friends & I build my community separate from this. My family and friends are there to love me and love family. My business is MY responsibility to build.

I say this 1000 times a year, “Your vibe attracts your tribe” and if you don’t have a tribe yet, you need to work more on your vibe not on people not showing up in your comments section 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Follow me for more cut throat opinions no one asked for haha

Happy Birthday to the peoples Aunty @palepa_tania

There’s not much to say because everyone knows when I’m stressed because my sister is not here to look after my kids haha

I am so so so so grateful, thankful, loved and grounded by her! 🥹 She is my children’s safe space and I will never take that for granted!

This is the only 30 seconds of actual work I did in tonight’s step class 😂 The rest? I just ran my mouth. Standard behaviour haha.

PLUS SIZE TIP FROM YOUR GIRL 🦢 REGARDING MY REVIEW ON LSKD TIGHTS 📣
I can only ever recommend the REP tights for us! They HOLD that baby mama tum INNNN. I have about 10 pairs and use them everyday! I don’t bother any other ones because they’re just not built for my body & they roll down on me, and that’s that fam 🤪🤏🏽

Real reviews. Real bodies. Real talk.

Use code LESWAN to save some coin on your @lskd gear 💸
