UPDATE!!! Thanks to YOU, Lucas will get his therapy pool!!!!
Lucas has a rare genetic disorder. He was born without eyes. He cannot walk unassisted or speak more than a few words but in a pool, he can float, exercise and have FUN! It’s where he and his brother can just be kids!
His family recently moved from their condo complex in a NY suburb (where they had a pool) to their first home of their own. Lucas’s mother is a school worker; his dad works in an auto body shop. They were ready to assume more debt to provide this critical therapy for their son, but now they don’t have to—because of YOU!
The GoFundMe campaigns launched by us and his family topped $30,000 this week, enough to make the dream a reality.
