The second-to-last weekend of our 200-hour yoga teacher training, and this group gave everything to these 108 sun salutations, moving as one, breath by breath, until the the whole space was pure heat and pure presence. Watching each student move and teach, round after round, past the point where their mind wanted to quit but their body and their community carried them forward, that’s the heart of the training. A 200-hour ytt doesn’t just teach alignment cues, philosophy, and sequencing. It teaches you how to stay when it gets hard, how to breathe through the burn, and how to trust that you’re stronger than you realize. One weekend left. And I already see how far you’ve come, and can’t wait to watch you cross the finish line next weekend with your final classes. A huge thank you to the past graduates who came back to sweat alongside this current group, your presence means more than you know. Showing up for the next generation of teachers is its own kind of teaching. And a massive thank you to @theayalife & @lifestonic for joining us and gifting everyone AYA after the fire of 108 rounds, nothing has ever tasted as good as that first sip after salutation 108!!! #108sunsalutations #yogainspiration #200hrytt #yogacommunity #bettertogether by @lifestonic

Working with local Farmers & Universities to produce Thai pharmaceutical-grade turmeric and trying to solve one of turmeric’s biggest challenges: Absorption. Curcumin is poorly water-soluble, which means putting more turmeric into a drink doesn’t necessarily mean your body can use more of it. So we test. Stir. Taste. Reformulate. Repeat. Because at AYA, absorption is everything. And yes… my wife walking in at the end is very much part of the R&D process. 😂 Awaken Your Awareness. #AYA #ThaiTurmeric #Turmeric #Curcumin #Bioavailability ProductDevelopment MadeInThailand WellnessBeginsWithAwareness by @lifestonic

This year, AYA found a home at Wonderfruit — not just as a drink, but as a ritual between moments a celebration of A Decade of Wonder To the @wonderfruit organisers, designers, curators, builders, growers, artists, and dreamers — thank you for creating a space where intention meets imagination, and where brands are invited to show up with meaning, not noise. To everyone who helped bring AYA x Wonderfruit to life — from concept to can, from field to shelf, from sunrise yoga to late-night dance floors — this was a collective act of patience, care, craft, and trust. Thanks @naamps @design_hungry and to all at our production lab. AYA exists for these moments - vital energy, awareness and illumination A can of sparkling sunshine. Shared in community. Rooted in nature. With deep gratitude to all who explored with us and walked this journey in 2025 - Here’s to awareness, collaboration, and what’s possible when we build together.
