Three decades on this earth.
30 circles around the sun.
360 months since God gave me life.
10,957 days… 10,957 chapters.

I’ve come a long way spiritually and emotionally. There were days I didn’t think I would even make it. I’ve lived, loved, laughed, and cried more times than I can count. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that God never set me up to fail.

Another thing I’ve learned? Never let your inner child die. There’s value in laughter. There’s power in being yourself.

From a dropout… to scrawny and unhealthy… to overweight… to battling substance abuse… a king rose from all of that.

I’ve met people along the way who helped push me to new levels of growth and success. You know exactly who you are.

If I could offer one piece of advice, it’s this: allow yourself to live.

Take that flight.
Apply for the job that feels out of reach.
Ask for help when you feel stuck.
Cut off the friends who suppress your growth.
Build relationships that elevate you.
And never forget to tell the people you love that you love them.

What initially started off as a 2 hour hike, turned into 6, and to be entirely honest I didn’t know I was even capable of accomplishing this type hike. It’s difficult to explain the difficulty of climbing and descending 800 rocky steps, with sand and speeding donkeys coming up and down the mountain. But believe me it was painful. Scenic, but painful. by @lifesvestige

Don’t forget to never give up on yourself, every hard night, every stone turned, lead you to be the person you are. Keep leaping forward, and keep being a badass. Cheers to a successful year, and cheers to those that didn’t make it. taken in Acropolis of Athens by @lifesvestige

When you start having belief in yourself, you start to realize how much untapped potential you have. Realizing there’s always room to grow, heal, prosper and just become more superior. Become the help the world needs, that way you’re never helpless. taken in Egypt by @lifesvestige
