One of my favourite holidays in a very long time. We’ve never done a sibling trip and what was meant to be a 3-day trip to Athens turned into a 12-day trip to Vietnam 🤭🤍

5 things I genuinely recommend buying as a gym girl:

1. A coach: Now this one is more for those who feel like they need direction or perhaps are new to the gym or even have hit a plateau. Having a good coach teaches you the foundations for lifting safely and effectively. I’ve been training for 6 years and recently got an online coach, it’s been a great way to switch up my training and keep myself accountable

2. Good headphones: Quality noise-cancelling headphones help you focus on your session and stay motivated. I cannot train without my headphones, they push me through the tough sessions!

3. Creatine: One of the most researched supplements! Creatine supports strength and muscle growth, I take 5g every day. Absolutely worth the money

4. A tracking app (only if this isn’t triggering!): For me @nutracheck has been the best way to make sure I’m not into hitting my protein but more importantly, my calories!

5. Lifting shoes: I think too many people don’t put much thought into the shoes they buy for the gym but it’s so important. Flat-soled trainers are fab for lifting to help prevent injury as they create a stable foundation

What are some of your must have buys as a gym-goer? ✨

Apparently I just love Harry Potter because 3 of my recent reels have been themed to it 🤭

What I ate on my flights from London to Vietnam. Honestly at the time this felt like enough food but looking back it looks like nothing 😭

Also I forgot to film my dairylea dunker and we got a cookie and mini ice cream on the second flight! 🍦🍪

Trying to get better at not relying on my phone 24/7, starting with trying to read more 💖✨📚
