We are OVERJOYED to publicly announce that we are expecting another child. God saw fit to bless us with a Son, and we cannot wait to expand our family. We are past the half way mark, and our due date is December 29th!! Please keep us in your prayers as we prepare our home for another little one! Raising children is one of the best gifts from God, and we are honored to get to be able to do it again! Our first NYC birth!! October is FULL at The Dwelling Place! 🍂🔥

There are so many opportunities this month to gather, grow, pray, and be formed together as a people who are hungry for Jesus. From Sunday services and Bible studies to prayer and Become A Dwelling People, we’re believing God is going to continue to deepen what He’s building in us.

And this month is especially meaningful because we’re celebrating our 1 YEAR CHURCH ANNIVERSARY! 🎉

On Sunday, October 25, we’ll celebrate what the Lord has done and look with expectation toward all that’s ahead. We’re honored to welcome our apostolic covering, Apostle Deborah Holland, as our guest speaker for this special Sunday.

God has been incredibly faithful to this house, and we can’t wait to celebrate together. ❤️

Eight years 🥹❤️

Eight years of choosing each other.
Eight years of God’s faithfulness.
Eight years of laughter, stretching, growing, forgiving, dreaming, and becoming.

I am so in love with you! Thanks for loving me well!
Marriage has been one of God’s greatest gifts to us. It hasn’t always been easy, but it has always been worth it.

TO THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!!!😭😭😭 HAPPY 8 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! My destiny partner. The mother of my children. My everything. I’m just emotional today thinking about Gods grace over us and our marriage. It really does matter who you choose to do this life with because they truly are graced to handle everything you come with. I wouldn’t trade you for anyone or anything in the world. You’re my biggest supporter, and I’m so grateful God chose YOU for ME. 8 years baby. And a lifetime to go. We are building a marriage to LAST. NOTHING can or will ever stop us. Happy 1st Birthday, our sweet Elizabeth Rose! 🤍🎂

How are you already ONE? It feels like just yesterday daddy @matthewfrederickharris and I were heading to the hospital to have you! You are everything I could have prayed for, especially for this time of our life. I remember holding you for the very first time. I’ll never forget the moment I first laid eyes on you. You were so peaceful, so calm, had beautiful curly hair, and looked just like me 😂. This year has flown by, and yet every moment with you has left a mark on my heart.

Watching you grow has been one of the greatest joys. You started walking and haven’t stopped lol. You are the sweetest, most peaceful, and most loving little girl. There is such a gentle grace about you that fills our home with warmth. Your smile melts my heart, your laugh is pure joy, and watching you and your siblings interact daily are some of my favorite moments in the world.

I love watching your little personality come alive. You’re always ready for an adventure 😅 and at the same time you’re the most chill baby. You’re ready to turn up the moment music starts playing, and you find joy in the simplest things.

There is so much to look forward to this month, and we believe God is going to meet us in a powerful way.

Join us every Sunday for Connection Time at 10:00 AM and Worship Service at 10:30 AM as we continue to pursue His presence together.

Instead of our usual third Monday, we’ll gather on Friday, July 24 at 7:00 PM for a special Encounter Night and Baptism Celebration. If you’ve been considering taking your next step in following Jesus through baptism, we’d love to celebrate and connect with you!

TOMORROW IS SUNDAY. THIS IS YOUR SIGN AND YOUR REMINDER.

If you’re weary, discouraged, carrying burdens, or simply hungry for more of God, we invite you to join us.

It is difficult to put into words what we have been experiencing in these gatherings. Week after week, the presence of God has been meeting people in a tangible way. The gifts of the Spirit are active. Hearts are being refreshed. Lives are being touched by Jesus.

Last Sunday, even after service had ended, people simply could not leave. Many remained in worship as the presence of God continued to move throughout the room. We watched God heal, encourage, and minister to people right before our eyes.

We believe God is establishing a dwelling place in the heart of Harlem. A place where His presence is welcomed, His voice is heard, and lives are transformed.

Come expectant. We never know all that God is going to do, but we know He will be there.

Happy 30th Birthday to my favorite person @matthewfrederickharris ❤️

I’m so grateful to God for your life and for the man you are. You are strong, faithful, selfless, and full of joy. It’s such an honor to walk through life with you.

You lead our family with love, with wisdom, and with a heart after God. You show up for us every single day, and I don’t take that for granted. Watching you be a husband and a father has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. Our home is better, stronger, and more full because of you.

This new decade is going to be so special. I truly believe it will be marked by deeper purpose, greater impact, and the fullness of everything God has promised you. I’m so excited to see you step even more into all that you are called to be.

Thank you for loving me so well. Thank you for covering our family. Thank you for being you.

Yesterday wasn’t just a launch.
It was a marking.

The Dwelling Place NYC was established in the nearness of God’s Holy presence.

We watched hearts soften.
We saw joy break out.
We felt the love of Jesus fill the room, and people return back to him.

This is what we’ve been contending for.
A place where God is welcome to dwell.
And yesterday, He did.

Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with us.

This is the Lord’s doing.

There is a place in worship where you move past being aware of yourself…and become aware of Him.

Where you stop watching…and start responding.

Where you don’t stay in the outer court…but step into His presence.

This is the kind of worship we are after.
And this Sunday… we gather again.

He is alive. And something is being established in Harlem.

This Resurrection Sunday, we are officially launching The Dwelling Place NYC and we would love for you to celebrate with us.

What God has been doing in our community has been so real. Lives are being touched. Hearts are being awakened. His presence has been dwelling with us.
