Life after 50. Honestly considered.
Rethinking success, purpose, and what really matters.

Spotted a real-life king of the skies. 🦅✨ The Crested Caracara looking absolutely regal perched high in the canopy.

The dog gets it. When the sun comes out, you find the warm spot and you take it. No calendar, no productivity app, no guilt—just sunlight on tile and a nap worth defending. Dogs don't overthink what's good for them. Maybe we overthink it too much. ❤️🙏 by @lifewithguyhq

A little over a year ago, after surgery, I thought I’d never be able to do any of this again. Today, I’m working out—and damn, it feels amazing. Not taking a single bit of this for granted.

Watch me. 💪

Sometimes the best thing I can do with my morning is stop trying to make something of it and just look up.

This was worth stopping for. 🌿
