Spinach Banana Muffins 🧁🍌🥬With just 4 simple ingredients (no milk, no flour, no salt, and no sugar). You can make an easy breakfast or snack for your little one.Ingredients:• A handful of spinach• 2 ripe bananas• 3 eggs• ½ cup rolled oatsMethod:1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.2. My toddler is low in iron, so I’m always looking for simple ways to include more iron-rich foods in his meals ❤️✨ 3 Homemade Sausage Ideas :💚 Green Sausage (Chicken + Spinach + Broccoli)• Chicken breast (more chicken than vegetables)• A handful of spinach• A small amount of broccoli (don’t add too much)• 1 egg• Garlic powder & mushroom seasoning (optional)• 2 tbsp cornstarch🧡 Orange Sausage (Shrimp + Carrot + Rice)• 10 large shrimp, peeled• ½ carrot• 2 tbsp leftover rice• 1 egg• Garlic powder & anchovy powder• 2 tbsp cornstarch❤️ Red Sausage (Beef + Beetroot + Carrot)• 250g lean minced beef• A pinch of beetroot powder • Paprika powder (optional)• ½ carrot• Garlic powder & mushroom seasoning (optional)• 2 tbsp cornstarchMethod :1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.2. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.3. Pipe the mixture into a sausage mould.4. Steam for 15–20 minutes or until fully cooked.One of my favourite meal prep.
