Hey! I’m Lainey✨

I figured it was time to reintroduce myself as I am starting a new chapter of my life. I’ve settled into a lifestyle that will continue through the busiest of times and want to help you do the same!

Happy you are here💗

Thinking of studying abroad? Here’s some advice!✨

After spending two weeks with @doctorsinitaly I learned that going abroad to study is an experience so much more than just learning. From the people you meet to the cultures your introduced to, it is so great to be surrounded by such likeminded people💗

If you or anyone you know is considering going into the healthcare field and wants to study abroad please feel free to reach out to me to learn more! For those already interested in this program, use code ‘LAINEYRP100’ for €100 off😊

I can’t judge because I was once the person who thought these were the answers. I wish someone would have told me sooner that I needed more carbs, didn’t have to spend hours on a treadmill, and that being comfortable while uncomfortable is okay! Here’s me telling whoever needs to hear this💕🥰

PA schools aren’t just looking for perfect, rehearsed answers during interviews. They want to know WHO YOU ARE. Your personality, values, experiences, and what makes you unique. I honestly didn’t spend hours practicing or memorizing answers. I just showed up and was myself. My biggest advice: prepare, but don’t overthink it. Let them get to know the person behind the application! 🤍

❤️‍🩹☀️ by @lifewithlainey._

I’ve always said balance is key, but I don’t think I realized how important & challenging it is to make time for things that are not “mandatory.” Since starting PA school, any free time is spent studying. I’ve shifted my mindset from thinking that going to the gym & spending time doing things I enjoy was impeding on my study time, to thinking that these things are also mandatory. I’ve noticed that being able to do both has helped me stay on track while being more productive. It also ensures that I don’t feel guilty for taking time to myself✨🤍

Busy mornings balance out my slow evenings☀️🤍

Feeling grateful every day, even though things look a little different than they used to. Shorter lifts, fewer steps, and different meal times are definitely an adjustment but something is better than nothing!
