Keep it simple-but delicious! Details below🤗

-Salsa-
•Red onion
•Tomato
•Mango
•Cilantro
•Lime
•Salt
•optional pepper
Dice everything up nice and small add lime and salt to taste, I just ratios according to personal preference.

-Street corn-
Blacken on a cast iron with preferred seasonings. I used just some pepper, onion, salt and a bit of chilled powder as other part of the dish we already well seasoned.

-Charred grilled chicken-
•olive oil
•raw honey
•garlic powder or fresh garlic
•onion powder
•optional fennel
•paprika &/or chili powder
•salt
I used chicken thighs I had on hand, drenched it in all the foods and grilled. Adding honey on top if needed and letting it to the for caramelization.
