Sometimes you sign up for a half marathon back in December and end up not training, but you run it anyway because you paid for this.🫣🫠

March so far:
Lots of coffee at home, the occasional treat out, morning walks, cooking fails and re-attempts, game nights, Turner smiles, weddings, puppy snuggles, and crushed donuts!

2nd grade’s friendship bracelets with @jjo_farley ‘s 7th graders!!!!

Food- A necessity for survival, health, and well-being. Something that I struggled with for a long time was eating food- eating enough, nourishing my body properly, viewing food as “good” or “bad.”
Over many years, I feel that my relationship with food has drastically improved and healed. But, it’s taken a lot of effort and mind-reframing on my end. Slowly, but surely I’m seeing food with neutrality (which. Is. Big. For me!). There are easy days and some really tough ones too, but I hope to continue and grow my love of food, cooking, and holistic wellness!:)

I share this because I know many people who have had a similar struggle as mine, especially women, and I feel that being open about a difficulty makes it feel like you’re less alone. by @lifewithsloanie
