Reminiscing on the most graceful year 2022 has been so far.

Never have I felt more beautiful, more free & more myself.

I broke generational trauma chains and did the shadow work necessary to get here. (Still a work in progress)

Somehow in just a few hours (wont be up at midnight- I’m old) it will be our 4th Anniversary of one of the best days of my life. Thank you for staying prayed up with me from the beginning, collaborating on the 3 most adorable kids on the planet, adding whole new meaning to protecting and providing - and standing by your every vow and loving me through anything.

He’s not just the dad.
He’s not just my husband.

To our kids, he’s their hero. To me, he’s an answered prayer and the love of my life.

Thank you.
For the long days you push through without complaint.
For the weight you carry silently, so we don’t have to.
For showing up... always, even when you’re tired, worn out, and running on empty.
The early mornings, the late nights, the small sacrifices that no one claps for. But I see it. I see you. I see the way you put this family first. The way you steady us, protect us, and quietly hold everything together. You may not hear it enough... But you are deeply appreciated. More than words could ever explain. Your love, your effort, your presence... It means everything.

Sometimes the world tries to convince us that good men and good fathers are hard to find-but watching the way my man loves, protects, and shows up for his family is proof that real men exist: the kind who lead with kindness, nurture with patience, work really hard, and still find the time to play, laugh, and be present.

Biggest flex of my life?
